We arrive safely at Sofia Central Bus Station.
The temperature was way low than Athens.
There, we immediately search for bus ticket straight to Istanbul
So we will not be wasting our time searching it later like at Athens.
It was the first time any of us see that white thing on the ground.
And the temperture was definitely below negative degree. So we were freezing back there.
9.30 am
At long last, we managed to find our hostel after asking a direction from two Japaneese tourist
The hostel was nice.
With unforgettable two innkeeper.
The service was really good.
They also helped us finding hotspot for tourist at Sofia.
So we just follow the map.
we walked around Sofia
and found a park full with snow.
emmm. you know us.
We haven't met with snow before,
So everyone started to play with it.
Yeah we took some pictures there.
Then we went to a bridge that they called it the lovers bridge.
We don't know the significant of the name but it is its name.
Then we went to another park where there was a memorable monument for the Soviet.
There, Amir was the one to say 'Zdrasti'-hello to the locals.
And we started chat a little with a (perhaps) couple and ask some direction.
The Bulgarian people are more kind and helpful than in Athens.
Yeah really. but i'm not saying all the Greeks aren't kind. Some of them, or maybe they just busy.
Then we went for a walk around the Sofia University
and went to the Alexander Nevski Cathedral.
After a freezing journey,
we went to the Banya Bashi Mosque.
It was during the Ottoman Empire the Mosque was built.
Originally there was 2 Mosque in Sofia,
but the other one was turned into a Museum which we will see tomorrow.
It was really an unforgettable memory to see our brothers in other country.
Whenever they see us , they will always says good things like Allah bless you and so.
It was really wonderful.
just like at AThens where we met Walied. He always tried to help whatever we can on our journey.
So we asked the Muslims there where can we get something to eat here.
And one of them told us to go to Aladdin.
It was an arabic shop.
And they can speak arabic too so we just have a conversation in arabic.
It was really weird.
to go to Europe,
and eat Arabic dishes.
haha nevermind as long as it's halal.
the temperature was way colder than daylight,
So we just resting ourselves at the Hostel.
And that night,
It was football night.
We met Damien, a Manchester United supporters.
He saw me in Arsenal jersey.
